Apr 11, 2011 Whether you are an apple fan or not, it is hard to disagree with the fact that the Power Mac G5 computer looks great, inside and out. My goals for this project were to preserve the look of the case, inside and out; fit my PC's hardware, including a full length ATX motherboard, 2 GPU's, and a CoolIt ECO; and keep the system fully upgradeable, meaning no modifying the hardware. This is the First Video in a serie I made, doing a case mod on the Power Mac G5. I will try to answer alle the questions in the comments:) Music: Vexento - Trippy love Vexento - We are One https.
The Power Macintosh G5 shipped from 2003 until 2006. All models pack 64-bit PowerPC 970 (G5) processors in an easy-to-upgrade aluminum tower case design with a single external optical drive bay. Aluminum tower Macs with dual optical drive bays are Mac Pro models. Complete Power Macintosh G5 technical specs are below.
